Refund Policy:

You have paid a delegate fee for attending this conference. This fee is non-refundable. We will not be able to process any refunds even if we agree with your reasons for not being able to attend the conference.

Non-transfer Policy:

The registrations are non-transferable.

All the mandatory fields in our registration form are required for efficient organisation and planning of this event. For example, we need identifying information like name, academic affiliation, and medical registration number to give you the CME/ CPD credit points. We require a phone number and an email address for communication with you. Age and gender information is required for us to analyse and understand the profile of the audience. Similarly, dietary preference is required for us to plan the provision of meals. The optional fields are required if you intend to use this event for networking. We have explained what we mean by networking in the next section.

How can we use this information?

We can use this information for analysing the audience profile, making recommendations for networking, giving personalised communications and planning future events. We will also use this information to credit CME/ CPD credit points.

What is networking?

Networking refers to any attendee-initiated attempts to share their information for other attendees to see. This can be for attendees who are online only or onsite. The attendee has complete control over what parts of their profile are visible to others. While filling out the registration form, if you choose to network, we will be using the attributes that you chose to make available for sending you recommendations about whom you should network with.

As a basic rule, NO, WE DO NOT SHARE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES EXCEPT:

1. We will have to share your name, medical registration number, institute affiliation and attendance of ADDICON 2022 sessions with the state medical council to enable CME/CPD credit.

2. We send your email and phone number to our payment gateway to prefill these fields. This is ephemeral information, i.e. it is not stored by the payment gateway unless you consent to it.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

As organisers of this event, we reserve our right to store the proceedings indefinitely. This includes the identifying information of attendees, video recordings of sessions, and audio-video material used during academic programs.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. The information at large is only accessible to organizers of ADDICON 2022 who have back-end credentials.

Could my information be transferred to other countries?

No. We have chosen cloud servers and storage within the country.

Can I update or correct my information?

There are certain fields that the attendee can alter in their profile. However, certain fields like email cannot be altered after registration.
